Q: Are the lights weather-proof? A: Yes. The lights are rated IP67 waterproof with an IP65 control box. For outdoor control box installs, we provide additional weatherproof boxes to add an additional layer of protection to the control box. These year-round lights can be used for over 50,000 hours and work best in weather between -20°F and 140°F.
Q: Are the lights noticeable during the day? A: With our unique install method, these lights and their cords are hardly noticeable. Every house is different, but our priority is perfection and giving you the cleanest looking install possible. See Example pictures in the Gallery!
Q: What is the warranty? A: The lights come with a 12 month warranty from the brand, but we also have a “good faith” warranty on installs. If something goes wrong, we do our best to fix it.
Q: Are you insured? A: Yes, we are insured and can provide documentation upon request.
